Request Account Deletion
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@yareemadatahub.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered Yareema Data Hub email address or phone number.
- Confirm that you want your account and all associated data removed.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile and contact information.
- Registered phone numbers and payment details stored for service completion.
- Wallet balances, transaction history, and order references.
- Security credentials, including Transaction PINs and authentication metadata.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be kept for legal or compliance reasons, including:
- Audit logs and transaction records required by law or regulation.
- Fraud prevention records and regulatory compliance data, retained for up to 12 months.
- Anonymized usage data for service quality improvement.

After submitting your request, Yareema Data Hub will review it and confirm completion by email. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you using your registered email or phone number.
