By creating an account or using the Yareema Data Hub App, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and Transaction PIN confidential and secure.
2. Please ensure that all transaction details (phone number, meter number, smartcard number, exam PIN details, or any other payment information) are correct before confirming any transaction. Yareema Data Hub will not be liable for transactions completed using incorrect information provided by the user.
3. Wallet funding is final. Refunds will only be processed for failed transactions caused by our system after successful verification.
4. Prices of our services may change at any time without prior notice due to updates from our service providers.
5. Yareema Data Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraudulent activities, illegal transactions, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Your personal information is collected and used only for providing our services, improving your experience, ensuring security, and complying with applicable laws.
7. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service provider downtime.
8. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
